How do I reserve my date?
Your date is secured once we have received the non- refundable booking deposit.
What is the booking deposit?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes. A refundable damage deposit is required for most medium and large events and will be returned after the event, provided all items are returned in original condition.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes! Delivery and pickup are to be handled by Grandma's Gatherings Vintage Rentals. We offer a $50 delivery fee for most locations in Oklahoma.
What is included in setup and takedown?
Setups and takedown are included in price for chairs. Larger setups or pieces of furniture may require an additional setup fee depending on event size and layout.
What happens if an item is damaged or missing?
Clients are responsible for all rented items from time delivered to pick up. Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the damage deposit. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit.
What if my event is canceled?
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.
How long is the rental period?
All rentals are for a standard 24-hour period, unless prior arrangements are made.
Can rentals be used outdoors?
Yes, with restrictions. Items must be placed on solid ground and protected from weather.
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Yes, pending availability. Changes must be requested at least two weeks prior to your event. Some changes may not be guaranteed.
Do you offer styling or design services?
Yes! We offer bundles and setup options for ceremony spaces, sweetheart tables, cake tables, and lounges. Custom styling is available upon request.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Do I need to notify you about stairs and long walking distances?
Yes. Please notify us in advance if the location of your event includes stairs, gravel or uneven terrain, and long walking distances from vehicle to setup area. Additional fees may apply if not disclosed in time.
Are your items vintage or mismatched?
Yes! Our collection is intentionally vintage and mismatched , and natural variations in color, wear, and style are part of the charm.
